Every year the Guardian Small Business Network seeks to crown a small business leader of the year that has proven to lead a team above and beyond expectations. The Guardian were keen to hear stories about how a leader has achieved business growth as well as, how they have strived to inspire, communicate, reward and offer their employees clear career progression opportunities.
Having done just that, Andrew was acknowledged by The Guardian and is one of the three shortlisted for, The Small Business Leader of the year Category.
