Improving Internal Retail Systems

Sofology, one of the leading furniture stores in the UK, approached us to improve their digital experience and services for their customers, particularly focusing on engagement and brand awareness.

We’ve successfully integrated Sofology’s My Accounts portal into its existing e-commerce system by introducing a new content management system (CMS) to handle user accounts and after-sales activities. The new system enables customers to track their orders, process payments, schedule deliveries and buy any additional products.

This solution has helped to take the strain off Sofology’s customer services team to allow them to focus on other customer queries. It has also provided their marketing team with a user friendly CMS for uploading information about promotions and deals to the portal.

To boost Sofology’s brand awareness in line with its Channel 4 Gogglebox sponsorship, we created an app, Gogglebooth. Sofology toured their stores throughout the UK with their new app, testing the nation on their Gogglebox knowledge and giving them an opportunity to win some famous Neal the Sloth goodies. Once in the Gogglebooth, customers were able to engage with the app linked to a TV screen and play the Gogglebox quiz.

We’ve also worked on Sofology’s Careers section to improve employee engagement with the company and recruitment in general. It brings together its third-party recruitment database and display a number of available vacancies.

Information Security

We have obtained a Remote Gambling Software licence to be able to service the gambling industry with safe and reliable systems and processes. We are able to transfer this experience and skills to provide the necessary security and data protection to our retail customers as well. We understand how important it is to process transactions and customer information in the most secure and reliable way, and have optimised our systems to support that.
