UX Consultancy

As part of our consultancy services, we offer UX health checks to provide recommendations for improving digital products. Our experts review the product from an unbiased point of view to determine which areas work best and which need improving in order to create a more intuitive and engaging solution.

We use an internally developed scoring system to help us identify where a client’s product needs further development. The review may be based on an entire product, several products or only on key features that directly affect the product from successfully converting, e.g.  the registration form, finding the right item, completing a transaction etc.

After the scoring process, we document a report of the product’s overall score, highlighting the positive and negative elements, and provide our recommendations for improvement. We also showcase a selection of design concepts of key areas to show how implementing our recommendations could improve the look and feel and usability of the product.

We then work with the client to prioritise the recommendations and take into account the ‘small wins’ that easily add up to significant increases in customer conversion. We may also look at scenarios that might require a large redesign approach and work with the client to implement a strategy for improvement.
